If your poster or oral presentation has been accepted, you will have already received an email with your time slots and further information.
Poster Preparation Guidelines
Posters must be printed and the maximum size is DIN A1 594 x 841 mm VERTICAL oriented (portrait).

Heading should include: abstract title, author name/s and affiliations
​
Location of your poster number and set up material will be provided. Please ask at the Poster Session Table.
Oral Presentation Preparation Guidelines
It is suggested to download and use the IGM slide template (.PPTX) for your first slide.
Slide format: 16:9.
The presentation should not exceed 400 MB (including video/s format: MP4 or WMV – CODEC H264).
Please note that you are kindly requested to bring your presentation, on site, to the slide centre, at least one hour before the scheduled time for presentation.
